Changing Seasons

3987159512_e303872282_large
It's becoming winter already! Snow in New England? A freezing apartment and no heat?! I hope it lets up so there is more time for hot apple cider, picnics in central park with the changing leaves and pumpkin carving on the rooftop!

Home to Connecticut this weekend to pick some apples, cozy up by the fireplace, and see old friends. I need to escape studio work, the busy city and the drizzly sidewalks.

“Try to learn to breathe deeply, really to taste food when you eat it, and when you sleep, really to sleep. Try as much as possible to be wholly alive, with all your might, and when you laugh, laugh like hell, and when you get angry, get good and angry. Try to be alive. You will be dead soon enough.”

William Saroyan
